One of the most exciting and challenging projects for Indigo Creativity has been our collaboration with Pedidos Ya, one of the leading delivery apps in Latin America, which is part of the Delivery Hero group. This partnership has not only been a great opportunity for us but also a true path of mutual growth, both in terms of design and product development.

The Challenge: Creating Functional and Stylish Uniforms

The main challenge was to develop a uniform that was not only comfortable and functional for the riders (delivery people), but also reflected the brand identity of Pedidos Ya, a highly respected name within the delivery app ecosystem.

The goal was to create a uniform aligned with sports fashion, a style that would connect with the riders, giving them a sense of belonging to the brand, as if they were wearing high-quality sportswear. Additionally, we wanted to ensure that each garment was designed to withstand the demanding work conditions: from high temperatures and the sun to rain, cold, and, in some cases, snow.

A Durable Product Designed for Outdoor Conditions

Throughout this collaboration, we developed bags specifically designed to withstand outdoor conditions, offering durability and resistance over time. Our goal was for these products to have a long lifespan, optimizing the replacement process.

Similarly, we were able to create sportswear such as Dry-fit t-shirts, jackets, and rain ponchos, which not only fulfilled the riders’ functional needs but also offered a modern, attractive design. With every new garment, we made sure that the riders felt comfortable and proud to wear the Pedidos Ya uniform.

A Relationship that Lasts

What began as a design and production challenge quickly evolved into a long-term relationship of trust and collaboration. We worked closely with the amazing team at Pedidos Ya and Delivery Hero, and together we were able to develop products that not only met the functional requirements but were also aesthetically appealing and represented the brand’s values.

Today, we continue to be their strategic supplier, not only for rider uniforms, but also for other key products for their marketing activations, branding, corporate gifts, and their famous D-marts (supermarkets). Additionally, we are proud to supply Pedidos Ya in the 15 countries across Latin America where they operate, as well as other group brands like Foodora, Glovo, Talabat, and Foodpanda, in various regions worldwide.
